Cyber security can only be ensured with the help of people who are aware of the threats, and it is easiest to prevent those incidents that we can recognise. That is why it is necessary from time to time to review the basic knowledge of cyber hygiene and check your level of knowledge.
The cyber test is located at www.kybertest.ee
The cyber test is divided into two parts. First, we ask the user to work through the training part, which covers ten important topics. Many of these include cautionary real-life examples, such as actual phishing emails and scams that have been sent to the CERT-EE team for investigation. After completing the course, a test must be taken. Each user will immediately see their score and receive feedback on correct and incorrect answers after completing the test.
The course provides answers to questions about how to create a secure password, how to recognise phishing pages and emails, what the most common scams are, how to set up a secure home Wi-Fi network, how to ensure the safety of working remotely, what risks are associated with the use of AI and IoT devices, etc.
If you want to use a cyber test, you must fill in a cyber test application form, which specifies:
- the person responsible for the authority;
- terms and conditions for the use of the cyber test;
- data protection principles;
- data processing agreement.
The digitally signed application of the person authorised to represent the authority must be forwarded to the Information System Authority.
A list of the employees of the authority who will be using the cyber test must be sent with the application. The list of users must be sent as a CSV file, a sample of which is attached to the application of the cyber test.
All queries or questions related to the cyber test, including filled in applications for using the cyber test can be sent to the address: [email protected]
