Customer Support assists in matters related to services offered by RIA and in resolving technical concerns. In addition, there is a helpline for institutions and companies which is available 24/7 and can be called in the event of network failures and cyber incidents.

We respond to inquiries as soon as possible, but no later than within three working days.

*RIA’s business clients are government agencies, local governments, companies, and IT service providers who have a contract with RIA, a legal obligation, or an agreement to use one of the services offered by RIA.
