Bürokratt
Bürokratt is a virtual assistant designed for citizens, which understands everyday Estonian and is available around the clock if needed. Bürokratt helps citizens find information about public services and, if it gets stuck, it directs them to a customer service representative.
Reason reserve (Aruait)
Aruait is an innovation project led by RIA. Its objective is to develop the regulatory framework and technical solutions needed to enable Estonia’s public sector to securely use autonomous AI assistants in the future.
