Until now, the customer support provided to the users of the services of RIA was available by calling 663 0230. As of 1 July 2021, the calls made to the ID user support line (666 8888) will also be reaching RIA.
As the customer service is provided by the same team, the telephone numbers will also be aligned as of 2022. In the future, the customer support of RIA will be available by calling 666 8888 from 8.30 a.m. to 7 p.m. on working days. The customer support email address will remain the same: [email protected].
Another change is concerned with the phone number of the state network which was in use so far (663 0222). As of 3 January, customers of the state network are able to report failures around the clock by calling 663 0299. The same number was already in use for reporting cyber incidents.
Other state network-related questions, such as orders and construction, may be addressed to the customer support line of RIA: 666 8888.
Initially, the calls of those customers who dial the previously used numbers will be automatically redirected to the new telephone number and the callers will be notified that the number has changed. The old telephone numbers will be closed in the future.
